RAF has now been changed to Tool for Rapid Assessment for City Energy Use (TRACE). The new name was chosen to make it more self-explanatory that it is a city diagnostic tool to promote energy efficiency in cities. The following table illustrates the process of Design, Development and Deployment of the TRACE.

Hands-on Energy Adaptation Toolkit (HEAT): This toolkit has been designed to support hands-on climate vulnerability and adaptation assessments of the energy sector. It provides a risk-based process to inform high-level decision-making by governments about how to adapt the energy sector to improve its resilience to climate variability and climate change.

Large-Scale Residential Energy Efficiency Programs Based on Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFLs): This toolkit includes key implementation/operational aspects, such as economic analysis and financial analysis (including carbon financing), elements of program design, methodologies and survey instruments for market assessment and potential, procurement guidelines, technical specifications, bidding documents, consumer surveys, awareness campaign information, environmental and safety issues related to CFLs.

Community Development Toolkit: The Toolkit provides practical guidance for all stages of the community development process associated with the mining project cycle, from exploration through construction, operations, and eventually decommissioning and closure, including post closure.
