Pilot Climate Vulnerability, Risk and Adaptation Assessments in the energy sectors of two countries – Albania (2009) and Uzbekistan (2010) tested approaches to help countries and energy sector stakeholders develop policies and projects that are robust in the fact of climate uncertainties, and assist them in managing existing energy concerns as the climate changes.
