The capacity building program – an initiative of ESMAP, Sustainable Renewables Risk Mitigation Initiative & GET.transform – is designed to ensure that governments are equipped with the tools and expertise necessary to successfully procure clean and affordable renewable energy through private Independent Power Producers (IPPs). It brought 62 delegates from 12 African nations together.
