This report presents a summary of the main findings from the activity “Energy Efficiency Option Papers for the Public Sector in Georgia, Kosovo and Turkey,” which was financed by the Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP) together with the World Bank’s Europe and Central Asia Region.
