Yet across many developing countries, public institutions still face unreliable energy access, underperforming systems, and limited resources for long-term maintenance.

This report presents a new approach to “PPPs for People’s Prosperity” — partnerships that unite governments, the private sector, and development partners to move beyond one-off infrastructure investments toward long-term, service-oriented solutions.
