ESMAP Annual Report 2005

This year, the Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP) began implementing its 2005-2007 Business Plan entitled Securing Energy Services for Poverty Reduction and Economic Growth. The core objective of the plan is to improve access to affordable, reliable, and environmentally sustainable energy services for the world's poorest people and countries.
